An airline pilot kidnapped and drowned his neighbour”s beloved dog – after becoming fed-up with its barking.
Stephen Woodhouse, who works for Flybe, leaned over Alison Boddington”s garden fence and stole her border terrier Meg.
The 53-year-old then callously drowned the defenceless 10-year-old animal in a bucket of water in his garden.
He even tried to cut a microchip out of the dog”s neck using a craft knife to cover up his horrific crime.
Woodhouse was only caught when distraught Alison spotted Meg”s fur and a bloodied rope in the boot of his car.
